The center offers more than 1,200 events a year and its programs reach about 500,000 people annually. The center recently changed it's name and began a new advertising campaign in an attempt to increase awareness.
The center will be celebrating its new identity and initiatives on October 12th with a free concert with Across the Universe, a Beatles tribute band, begins at the outdoor Entertainment Pavilion at 7:30 p.m.
